IT Support Employee
Are you the link that helps colleagues do their jobs without technical worries? We are looking for a driven IT support employee to support our team with daily IT questions and problems. What are you going to do?
As IT support officer, you are the first point of contact for all our employees with IT questions and problems. You ensure that everyone can continue to work optimally. Your duties include:

Providing first-line IT support for hardware and software issues, for both Windows and macOS laptops.

Support in using Microsoft 365, SAP, and other productivity tools.

Setting up and managing workstations, including installing and configuring laptops, peripherals, and software.

Liaise with our IT partner and, if necessary, escalate issues for second-line support.

Managing user accounts and permissions in various systems.

Support both office and logistics staff with technical questions and problems.

Actively contribute to improvements in IT processes and optimising the user experience.

Regular contact with our parent company, which carries out annual IT audits. You will help ensure that these audits run as smoothly as possible and that the resulting action points are taken up in a timely and effective manner.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT support employee with a proactive attitude, who enjoys working with people and knows how to get things done. You are communicatively strong and can switch well between different departments and IT systems. In addition, you have the following qualifications:
- A completed secondary vocational education in IT or similar.
- Good knowledge of and experience with Windows and macOS.
- Experience of working in a Microsoft 365 environment.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience of working in a role where you collaborate with external IT partners is an advantage.

About our company
We are a growing company with 150 employees, 85 of whom have office roles and the rest are working in logistics. Most of our IT is outsourced to an external IT partner, but we are looking for someone who can act as a first-line contact for all our employees. You will provide hands-on support and work with our IT partner to ensure IT incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
