As Marketplace Specialist, you play a crucial role in managing and optimising our products on various online marketplaces, such as Bol, Amazon and other platforms. You ensure that our products are presented perfectly, are easy to find and perform optimally on these marketplaces. You will work closely with our sales team and other departments to drive the growth of our online sales.
Job description
- You ensure that our product information on the marketplaces is always up-to-date and complete, with attractive descriptions and images;
- Through intensive cooperation with internal departments and the brand itself, you ensure that the brand is presented on the marketplaces in the best possible way, fully tailored to the wishes of all parties involved for an optimal brand experience.
- Expand and optimise our presence on national and international marketplaces (Channel Engine, account management, content management, data & tooling, etc.);
- You support the creation and management of campaigns and promotions on the marketplaces, and monitor their effectiveness;
- You keep a close eye on the market and our competitors and adjust our strategy accordingly;
- You produce periodic reports to provide insight into the performance of our products and campaigns on the various platforms.
Your profile:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who delights in a well-organised marketplace environment. You have a keen analytical mind, can handle data and numbers well and have an affinity with e-commerce and online marketing.
- At least a completed HBO education, preferably in commerce, e-commerce, or a similar field;
- Experience with marketplaces such as Bol.com and Amazon is a plus;
- Analytically strong and results-oriented; Experience with data analysis and relevant tools (such as Channel Engine, Excel, Google Analytics) is a plus;
- Good communication skills and a hands-on mentality;
Team player with a great sense of responsibility and attention to detail; - Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
