Account Manager Pro AV - Belgium and Luxembourg (B2B)
As Account Manager Pro AV, you will be the link between us and our B2B customers in the professional audiovisual market. You are responsible for expanding our customer base and achieving sales and margin targets. You will discover new opportunities, offer top service and ensure that clients stay and grow with us. This is an independent role in which you will spend most of your time with customers or working from home. Every other week you will visit our office in Moerdijk (NL).
What are you going to do?

Account Management: You expand relationships with existing customers and ensure that they remain satisfied. You make regular customer visits, spot new opportunities and strengthen cooperation.

Sales and Business Development: You not only manage your current customer portfolio, but also actively search for new customers and markets. You make offers, negotiate contracts and prices, and make sure you achieve your sales targets.

Market analysis: You keep an eye on the market: you follow trends, analyse the competition and share strategic insights with management.

Advice and product knowledge: You know our products inside out and know exactly how to advise customers on what works best for them.

Administration and reporting: You keep your customer files and sales reports up-to-date in our CRM system and regularly share your findings on performance, customer feedback and market developments.
Who you are?
- 3-5 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in the Pro AV or IT sector.
- A HBO working and thinking level, with preferably a completed degree in a commercial field.
- You are a star in negotiation and communication.
- Experience with CRM software, MS Office and Power BI is a nice plus.
- You have a customer-oriented attitude and enjoy working in a team.
- You are flexible and can cope well with a rapidly changing environment.
- You speak and write Dutch and French fluently.
