Administrative Employee

Are you looking for a fun administrative job in a finance department? Would you like to be part of a cosy and ambitious team? Then you are our new colleague! You will mainly work from our office in Rosmalen. This is a part-time position for 24 to 32 hours per week (working days and working hours are in consultation with you).

 

What are you going to do?

  • Entering and checking purchase invoices against the purchase order.
  • Registering and posting cost invoices.
  • Communication with purchasing department and suppliers regarding invoices.
  • Creating and managing master data of creditors.
  • Booking and reconciling bank statements and processing credit card statements.

This is who you are:

  1. At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in Finance or procurement.
  2. You work independently and accurately.
  3. You are solution-oriented and practical. 
  4. Knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage.
  5. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
