Administrative Employee
Are you looking for a fun administrative job in a finance department? Would you like to be part of a cosy and ambitious team? Then you are our new colleague! You will mainly work from our office in Rosmalen. This is a part-time position for 24 to 32 hours per week (working days and working hours are in consultation with you).
What are you going to do?
- Entering and checking purchase invoices against the purchase order.
- Registering and posting cost invoices.
- Communication with purchasing department and suppliers regarding invoices.
- Creating and managing master data of creditors.
- Booking and reconciling bank statements and processing credit card statements.
This is who you are:
- At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in Finance or procurement.
- You work independently and accurately.
- You are solution-oriented and practical.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
