Returns Coordinator
Are you a driven professional with expertise in returns processes and logistics? Do you want to make your mark on a growing company and take the returns process to the next level? Then we are looking for you! As Returns Coordinator at Exertis Benelux, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the returns process from A to Z.
What are you going to do?
As Returns Coordinator, you will be the hub of the returns process, working closely with customers, suppliers, internal departments and your team. Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the returns process: from receipt, registration and processing to administrative handling in our SAP system.
- Analysing return requests: assessing based on warranty conditions, product status and company guidelines, and ensuring quick and efficient processing.
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding returns and refunds.
- Manage two employees responsible for the physical handling of returns.
- Reporting on return figures, causes and areas for improvement to management.
- Setting up quality procedures for testing and assessing returns.
- Spotting trends in returns and implementing improvements to make the process increasingly efficient.

What do you bring?
- An MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics, supply chain or a similar field.
- Experience with return processes and logistics systems.
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to switch well between different departments and parties.
- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing; additional languages are a plus.
- Leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a managerial role.
